Latest COVID-19 Restrictions During Lockdown

From 5 pm Friday 15th January 2021 in line with the Scottish Government’s instructions to business that has been written into law in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, Connelly Group Holdings’ businesses has suspended non-essential visits to customers premises in relation to residential routine inspection and test of Intruder alarm systems.

We have also suspended our web based maintenance booking platform until further notice.

We continue to provide emergency 24hr telephone and engineers callout support for contracted customers. Other web based functions like changing keyholder or paying an invoice, email, etc are working as normal. We also have additional business contingency strategies in place where we have home working operators available to support customers’ needs during lockdown via telephone support.

Before choosing your supplier here are a few points to consider

Does your supplier hold sufficient approvals to install and maintain your Fire and Security system?

Does your supplier have the correct insurance cover in place to work on your system?

We recommend you ask for a copy of Employers Liability, Public Liability and Efficacy Insurance

Will your insurers accept a non-approved company maintining your Fire or Security Systems?

This is a very important aspect for most insurers and should not be overlooked

Will the Police respond to any calls received from your monitoring station?

We are registered with Police Scotland for all areas, non-approved companies may not respond

Does your supplier offer payment by Direct Debit?

We offer to spread payment of your agreement over 12 months, at no extra cost
