We are sorry to announce that we have made a decision to cease using Honeywell products within our business.

Regretfully this is down to a major issue we have had with a batch of faulty cameras, manufactured by Honeywell CCTV and supplied via ADI Global. Subsequently our decision to stop using ADI Global, Honeywell CCTV and Honeywell Security was taken due to a breakdown in negotiations between Honeywell CCTV and ourselves.

We have always been proud of using the best equipment available for our customer installations and even at this stage we have every confidence with Honeywell Security, however, due to these severe issues caused by Honeywell CCTV, we cannot continue to support Honeywell Security or ADI Global.

At present we are looking at three other manufacturers to determine what equipment we shall be using in the future and will make this decision as soon as practically possible. In the meantime we will continue to support our customers that already have Honeywell equipment installed but for all our new installations we shall cease to use Honeywell equipment.

We apologise to all our customers who were severely affected by this faulty batch of Honeywell cameras and the delay in replacing these units due to a disruption in supply from ADI Global and Honeywell CCTV which was beyond our control.

The entire batch of faulty cameras have now been replaced and no other Honeywell CCTV cameras have been affected by this issue
